The Marines realize that an aim point can and should displayed on moving targets, and, unless you are shooting at a paper target at the range, that might entail a spatial aim point, aka “lead.” The Marines were first to train on moving targets at the range, they may be the first to teach correct spatial aim points (“lead”) in next generation simulators, and they also may be the first to use optics that display correct spatial lead aim points.
